As the founder of SB Consulting Firm, Satara has spent nearly a decade helping entrepreneurs, particularly women, start, scale, and sustain purpose-driven ventures. SB Consulting firm has supported clients throughout the U.S. in launching successful businesses, collectively generating more than $1 million in revenue and securing over $500,000 through strategic fundraising and digital engagement.

Satara’s consulting work is deeply rooted in her background as a nonprofit founder. In 2015, she launched Rebuilding Our Children and Community Inc., a grassroots initiative that began with a simple school supply giveaway and grew into a recognized organization serving families across New York. Her passion for community impact and economic empowerment laid the foundation for what would become a multifaceted ecosystem of brands, including the #girlBOSSbrand—created to elevate and celebrate women who lead.
